We hired them to walk through the plans for our new build, and we are so thankful we did. Let me first say, the technology amazed us! We easily found about 10-15 changes we want to make before construction—things that would have been impossible, or at least very costly to change later. Seeing how our home would actually feel and function gave us a perspective we simply couldn’t get from looking at drawings. They also helped us visualize different furniture layouts, making sure our furniture would fit properly and that each room would flow well and function comfortably.
Any changes made during the walkthrough are emailed to you with the changes clearly notated, so you can provide them directly to your architect or contractor.
What made the experience even better was the family behind it. Monica, her husband Kevin, and their family were so kind, welcoming, and helpful. They made us feel comfortable taking our time and thinking through the details that will make this house our home.
