STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Walk Your Plans Tampa (“WYPT,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) to the client (“Client” or “you”). By booking or using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

Services

Walk Your Plans Tampa provides immersive full-scale projection and visualization services designed for homeowners, architects, designers, builders, contractors, and commercial clients. Our showroom experience allows clients to walk through and review residential and commercial spaces before construction begins.
Services may include:

• Full-scale walkthrough experiences.
• Design visualization sessions.
• Layout and space planning reviews.
• Collaborative project meetings.
• Projection-based presentations.
• Plan and rendering optimization.

All services are provided at the designated Walk Your Plans Tampa location or approved service environment.

Bookings & Payments

Booking Confirmation
Appointments and walkthrough sessions are confirmed only after scheduling approval and payment confirmation where applicable.
Fees & Payments
Clients agree to pay all fees associated with the selected service package or walkthrough session. Pricing may vary depending on project scope, duration, and service requirements.
Outstanding Payments
Walk Your Plans Tampa reserves the right to suspend or cancel future services if invoices or balances remain unpaid.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Client Cancellations
Appointments and walkthrough sessions are confirmed only after scheduling approval and payment confirmation where applicable.
Service Adjustments
Walk Your Plans Tampa reserves the right to modify scheduling, services, or session availability when necessary.
Termination of Services
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services in cases involving misuse of facilities, inappropriate conduct, non-payment, or violation of these terms.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project files, plans, renderings, measurements, and related materials necessary for walkthrough preparation.
Clients also agree to:

• Use the facility respectfully
• Follow all safety guidelines
• Avoid damage to equipment or showroom areas
• Ensure guests and team members comply with facility rules

Any damages caused by negligence or misuse may result in additional repair or replacement charges.

Confidentiality

Walk Your Plans Tampa respects the confidentiality of all project materials shared by clients. Any plans, renderings, layouts, or project information provided during the service process will be treated as private and will not be shared with third parties without permission unless required by law.

Limitation of Liability

Walk Your Plans Tampa shall not be held liable for:

• Design errors originating from third-party files
• Construction decisions made by clients or contractors
• Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate project materials
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to service usage

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the related service.

Facility Usage

Clients and visitors must maintain professional and respectful conduct while using the Walk Your Plans Tampa facility. Unsafe behavior, damage to equipment, or misuse of the showroom may result in immediate termination of the session.
Compliance With Laws
Clients agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws during the use of our services and facilities.

Intellectual Property

All branding, visuals, showroom technology, presentations, and proprietary processes used by Walk Your Plans Tampa remain the property of Walk Your Plans Tampa and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Force Majeure

Walk Your Plans Tampa shall not be responsible for delays or interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, technical failures, governmental actions, power outages, severe weather conditions, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts located in Florida.
